Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care following physician orders and administer prescribed medications and therapies to medically fragile children. Document all care provided and ensure patient safety while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Work the 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM split shift at Aveanna Healthcare's Pediatric Day Healthcare Center in Erie, PA. Active LPN license and current CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nursing License (LPN)
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric nursing experience
