Job Summary
Provide high-acuity in-home and school nursing care for teenagers, including tracheostomy and ventilator management, within the Lithonia area. Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while utilizing electronic documentation via company-provided tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work Sunday through Saturday from 8:00am to 8:00pm with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
