Job Summary
Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation, and G-tube management, across urgent weekend and school-based shifts. Deliver moderate acuity care involving G-tube feeding, oxygen therapy, seizure precautions, and mobility support for infants and adolescents. Manage medication administration and electronic documentation via tablet in home settings. Requires active Florida RN or LPN license, pediatric or home care experience, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling available for days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred
- Cardiac care experience preferred
