Job Summary
Provide licensed practical or vocational nursing care in home settings across Le Mars and Sioux Center, Iowa. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults while maintaining an active, unencumbered state license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform duties during weekday, weekend, day, or night shifts, including up to 12-hour rotations, utilizing electronic documentation via tablet. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
