Job Summary
Conduct licensed practical/vocational nursing care in home settings for children and adults, utilizing Aveanna's electronic documentation tablets for daily patient outcomes. Maintain an active, unencumbered state license and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while ensuring reliable transportation for weekend shifts. Provide compassionate homecare services across the nation with support from 24/7 local operators and clinicians. Flexible scheduling allows full-time, part-time, or PRN roles including Saturdays from midnight to 6:00 am.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
