Job Summary
Deliver licensed practical nursing care in home settings, including feeding tube management and medication administration for adult patients. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on training, completing TB skin tests within the last 12 months. Provide compassionate homecare services Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, utilizing company-provided tablets for electronic documentation. Reliable transportation is required for all duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
