Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to children and adults in the home while maintaining electronic documentation via patient tablets. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes through 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for all shifts. Work flexible schedules including Friday through Sunday days or Monday through Friday nights depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
