Job Summary
Provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a teen patient, managing G-tube care, BiPAP ventilator support, seizure management, and catheter care. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, plus every other Wednesday. Earn an incentive bonus of up to $300, including $150 after the first 120 hours and another $150 after the next 120 hours. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Female caregiver (per patient/family preference)
- Saturdays & Sundays availability
- Every Other Wednesday availability
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift availability
