Job Summary
Provide licensed practical or vocational nursing care to children and adults in home settings across Estherville and Spirit Lake, Iowa. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes while attending school with clients during Monday through Friday shifts. Complete electronic documentation using company-provided tablets and maintain active, unencumbered state licensure. Obtain current CPR certification with hands-on component and pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Ensure reliable transportation for all patient visits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
