Job Summary
Coordinate physician signature management by tracking and obtaining signed plans of care from medical personnel, managing order tracking in myUnity, and submitting re-certification packets with required paperwork. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries while assisting with day-to-day office operations, including logistics for meetings, mail distribution, invoice processing, and maintaining documentation records. Support personnel functions such as onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and caregiver credential verification, while acting as a backup for payroll processes during supervisor absence. Perform duties in an office environment with occasional field visits, requiring the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years general office experience
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Must always maintain company and employee confidentiality
- Must maintain professional boundaries at all times
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Attention to detail
- Time Management
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
