Job Summary
Cover urgent pediatric home care cases across Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, and Eagle Lake, managing high-acuity patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes, as well as moderate-acuity infants and toddlers requiring oxygen, seizure management, and medication administration. Provide 1:1 skilled nursing support on day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts, including specific rotations for preschoolers, infants, and adolescents with complex diagnoses. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure and tracheostomy/ventilator experience, while navigating electronic documentation via patient tablets. Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
