Job Summary
Conduct licensed practical nursing care for infants with low acuity and G-tube needs in home settings across Pensacola. Perform daily clinical tasks including medication administration, wound care, and feeding assistance while maintaining electronic documentation via tablet. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Provide compassionate care for infants with reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
