Job Summary
Manage high-acuity pediatric home care cases involving tracheostomy, ventilation, G-tube feeding, seizure management, and catheter care across Wauchula, Sebring, Bowling Green, and Lake Placid. Provide 1:1 skilled nursing assignments for adolescents and preschoolers with complex medical needs, including bipap support and medication administration. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet while ensuring compassionate, patient-focused care in the home setting. Active Florida RN or LPN license required with pediatric or home care experience preferred. Flexible day, night, weekend, and PRN schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
