Job Summary
Conduct licensed practical/vocational nursing care for children and adults in home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain an active, unencumbered state license and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while completing a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Work 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday shifts, utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
