Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and perform annual employee evaluations for all clinical staff, including RN/LPN/CNA. Supervise the clinical programs, services, and employees consistent with licensing guidelines and agency policies. Manage caseloads for client coverage, oversee case management to ensure financial soundness, and investigate client complaints. Assist with operational and financial management of the agency while participating in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff. Evaluate programs regularly to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
