Coordinate care for children ages birth to eight years in a center-based setting while providing direct patient care when needed. Assign staff to classrooms, review nursing documentation for quality assurance, and greet families and children upon arrival. Support nursing staff and aides with interventions, engage with children in classroom activities, and collaborate with physicians to ensure medical needs are met. Develop and update care plans, track infections, and review chart audits. Lead and mentor staff through education, support, and professional development. This full-time, salaried role includes a relocation bonus and comprehensive benefits, with daytime hours only.
