Job Summary
General Manager role overseeing all store operations with a ownership-like mindset. Lead one-shift operation from early mornings (start around 4am) to close (2pm), ensuring audit readiness, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving team performance. Responsibilities include managing schedule, deposits, inventory, and administrative tasks, while coaching staff, recruiting and developing talent, and using P&L insights to hit food cost and labor targets. Training is provided (5 weeks), with emphasis on hands-on leadership, budgeting, and operational excellence to maintain a smooth daytime operation and strong customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Experience with P&L analysis and achieving food cost goals and labor targets
