Job Summary
General Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations at Einstein Bros. Bagels from early-morning baking to 2:00 PM closing, ensuring audit readiness and exceptional customer experience. Leads all aspects of the store, coordinates catering/mobile/in-store orders, and floats across roles during breakfast and lunch rushes. Focuses on recruiting and developing staff, achieving food cost and labor targets, and maintaining effective controls; structured training is provided (5 weeks). Must be 18+, with 1-3 years GM/AGM experience in a restaurant setting, and possess or develop skills in P&L analysis, budgeting, inventory, and team leadership. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Exposure to P&L analysis is valuable
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced bakery/restaurant environment
- Ability to manage daily deposits and store operations within a single-shift model
