Job Summary
Oversee store operations as General Manager with a “treat it like you own it” mindset. Lead a one-shift operation starting as early as 4am, ensure audit readiness, execute catering/mobile/in-store orders, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Float across roles during peak times, manage deposits, and support daily close and prep. Drive recruiting and development of team members, monitor P&L and food cost targets, and maintain labor targets.
