Job Summary
Alertly monitor CCTV cameras and patrol premises to prevent theft, violence, and safety hazards while enforcing company policies. Circulate among visitors and employees to preserve order, professionally document incidents, and escalate events to on-site assets protection, law enforcement, or store leadership. Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports, including investigating irregular or unusual activity. Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner. This role requires 1-2 years of Store Detective experience, standing for long periods, and CCTV knowledge. Full-time, 1st or 2nd shift, weekends available.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Store Detective/Secret Shopper experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must have CCTV experience
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to work retail store business hours
- Regular attendance
- Must be available for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends
