Job Summary
Unarmed Security Officers are responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure security and safety of property and personnel. Duties include making periodic patrols, inspecting protection devices, enforcing regulations, controlling access, and responding to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and security investigations. The role requires physical and mental capabilities to handle various conditions, along with the ability to prepare logs and reports as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as walking, standing for long periods, and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
