Job Summary
Perform regular and random patrols of multiple premises to prevent and deter crime, reporting security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences. Execute control procedures when necessary, operate emergency equipment, and document nightly operations while filing weekly reports. Investigate breaches of property and maintain excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills throughout your duties. This role requires a current South Carolina SLED Guard Card, with prior law enforcement or military experience as a plus. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, work a flexible roster seven days a week, and pass a drug screen. Shifts run from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am with full-time and part-time options available. Training and registration are provided, and the position offers daily pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance. Required Qualifications
- A current South Carolina SLED Guard Card
- Prior law enforcement experience
- Military experience
- 2 years of Unarmed Security
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Sound communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work as a team member and solo
- Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week
- Reliable transport
- Active cellphone
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform routine foot patrols
