Job Summary
Conduct walking patrols to identify and report safety concerns, monitor access points, verify IDs, and track surveillance systems for threats. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol while maintaining accurate logs and performing routine site tasks. Assist visitors and employees professionally while enforcing site-specific post orders and ensuring compliance with client policies. This full-time weekend role (Fri-Sun, 8PM-7AM) requires a valid security license, strong situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Security Officer/Guard License
- At least 18 years old
- Weekend availability
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations
- Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for reporting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ Year of Verifiable Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience
- 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
