Unarmed Security Officer - Retail

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Circulate among patrons and employees to preserve order, patrol industrial or commercial areas to prevent safety hazards, and manage access control at a closed campus. Operate security systems to dispatch responses, provide escorts for occupants, and answer telephone calls during business and non-business hours. Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, monitor for irregular activity, secure designated areas, and enforce facility policies while preparing incident reports. Requires Unarmed Security License, SLED Card, and High School Diploma. Available in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
