Job Summary
Greet residents and guests professionally while monitoring and controlling property access to ensure only authorized individuals enter. Conduct regular patrols of common areas, documenting all movements via mobile device, and respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Manage incoming packages by scanning them for accurate tracking and delivery, while maintaining organized storage and creating daily logs and incident reports. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with resident needs to enhance the overall experience. Work Mon-Fri evenings from 7pm to 1am.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and security roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with package management systems and security protocols
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Security experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the local area and amenities is a plus
