Job Summary
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by performing general unarmed security duties, including routine foot patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift. Observe, correct, and report hazards while interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. Comply with Prosegur and client requirements, post instructions, and safety procedures, and participate in relevant training. This role involves significant physical activity, including climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain alertness throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Security Guard Card
- Driver's License
- Must have a valid drivers license with no suspensions within 5 yrs
- Must have a strong customer service background
- Must be able to perform routine foot patrols
- Must be able to moderate lifting
- Must be able to work in all-weather elements
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to maintain alertness and situational awareness
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
