Unarmed Security Officer

Unarmed Security Officer responsible for observing client premises, performing foot patrols, monitoring perimeters, and reporting any suspicious activity. Ensure safety by adhering to site-specific policies, responding calmly to incidents, documenting observations and incidents, and escalating to supervisors or law enforcement as needed. Responsibilities include patrolling the site on foot, identifying potential dangers or criminal activity, issuing verbal warnings, making arrests if applicable, and maintaining accurate reports. The role requires a valid California Guard Card, Power to Arrest certificate, and Appropriate Use of Force certificate, as well as a High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in English, strong customer service, and the ability to meet physical demands are essential. A comprehensive background check (criminal record, driving record, and drug testing) is required.
