Unarmed Security Officer-Overnight

Unarmed Security Officer for an upscale apartment and retail community in Washington DC. Full-time roving overnight position (approx. 30 hours per week) with shifts including 11 pm–7 am and must-work weekends (Fri–Mon). Primary duties: patrol premises with high visibility, monitor entrances/exits, remove trespassers, operate surveillance equipment, respond to suspicious activity, report daily activities and security incidents, uphold property rules, observe and report site activities, and conduct walking patrols across retail locations, parking garages, and common areas. Requires DC Security Officer License, ability to pass a drug test, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
