Job Summary
Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors while controlling access for tenants, visitors, or vendors. Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety. Maintain clear administrative logs at the front desk and respond to incidents, including emergencies, reporting data for management. Must be 21+, have a HS diploma or GED, be able to obtain/maintain a state security license, pass a drug screen and background check, and be proficient in English. Evening/overnight/weekend availability is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. Salary starts around $20.08/hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid state security license
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs)
- Bi-lingual a plus (preferred)
- Evening, overnight, and weekend availability preferred
