Job Summary
Conduct licensed unarmed security patrols for businesses, homes, and government entities in Raleigh. Monitor alarm signals, detect sounds of distress, and respond to emergencies while maintaining clear communication. Perform duties including walking, running, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs as required. Drive a motor vehicle if needed to access sites. Maintain state licensure status and pass drug screening. Work flexible shifts including 8am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9pm. Earn $17 per hour with daily pay access. Required Qualifications
- LICENSED Unarmed Inside Guard
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have an active cell phone number
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and quickly in cases of emergency
- Must be able to read and interpret written information under a variety of circumstances
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle in the course of his/her duties if required
- Must be able to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress against distracting sound background conditions
- Must be able to: Walk, Run, Stand, Climb, Sit
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required
- Must be in good mental health and be able to make decisions instantly on the event of an emergency
- Must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work
- Must be able to obtain the status of license required for the position, either Armed or Unarmed
- High School diploma or equivalent
