Job Summary
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned premises while enforcing property control procedures and deterring crime through visible presence. Report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences; investigate breaches of property and policy violations. Document nightly operations and submit weekly reports. Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate clearly during emergencies, utilizing strong conflict resolution skills. Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring all state licensing requirements are met. Perform duties requiring extended standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shifts run Tuesday through Sunday from 4:15pm to 11:30pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.
Required Qualifications
- Must Be 25+ Years of Age or Older
- Must possess clean background
- Must be able to stand/ walk for 8 hours consistently
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. waist high, if required
- Must meet state licensing requirements and be able to obtain required Security Officer license (Armed or Unarmed, as applicable)
- Must be able to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit for extended periods
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle if required
- Must be able to detect alarms, distress signals, and environmental hazards in noisy environments
- Must be in good mental health and able to make immediate decisions during emergencies
- Must meet all state-required physical and mental licensing standards
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to communicate clearly and quickly during emergencies
- Ability to read and interpret written information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
