Job Summary
Observe and report activity on and around the assigned post while maintaining alertness to ensure personal safety and site security. Collaborate with GSG Protective Services staff and client personnel regardless of rank or title. Submit written and/or verbal reports for designated activities and irregularities. Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and the strict Code of Conduct regarding dress, grooming, and equipment. Maintain regular attendance and follow operational guidelines as defined in site-specific post orders. This full-time role covers 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Security Guard Permit as required by state law
- Documents that establish identity
- Documents that establish authorization to work in the U.S
- Listen, understand, summarize, transfer and retain basic instructions and detailed information
- Ability to observe and report activity
- Maintaining professional standards in dress and grooming
- Respecting company property and equipment
- Following all safety, health, and operational guidelines
- Demonstrating respect, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction
- Security Officer License
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
