Job Summary
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by performing general unarmed security duties, including routine foot patrols and observing hazards to correct or report them. Comply with Prosegur and client requirements while interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally. Participate in training to become familiar with general safety procedures and security operations. This role requires a valid City of Joplin, MO Unarmed Security License, a clean driving record, and the ability to perform moderate lifting in all-weather elements. Full-time, 1st through 3rd shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preferably in possession of a valid City of Joplin, MO Unarmed Security License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Valid City of Joplin, MO Unarmed Security License
