Job Summary
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by performing general unarmed security duties, including routine foot patrols and observing hazards to correct or report them. Comply with Prosegur and client requirements, specific post instructions, and general safety procedures while interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally. Participate in training to become familiar with safety protocols. This As Needed position offers flexible scheduling across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including school hours, weekends, summers, and on-call rotation. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and basic to intermediate computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Clean driving record and valid driver license
- Capable of following complex instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Must be able to perform routine foot patrols
- Must be able to moderate lifting
- Must be able to work in all-weather elements
- High School Diploma
