Job Summary
Observe and report activity on and around the assigned post while maintaining alertness and attentiveness to ensure personal safety. Collaborate with Brownstone Security and client staff regardless of rank or title, and submit written or verbal reports for designated activities and irregularities. Adhere to all safety rules and procedures established by the company to maintain a safe work environment, and follow site-specific post orders for additional duties. Maintain regular and punctual attendance while operating in diverse working environments.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Security Guard Permit as required by state law
- Documents that establish identity
- Documents that establish authorization to work in the U.S
- Listen, understand, summarize, transfer and retain basic instructions and detailed information
- Ability to observe and report activity
- Maintaining professional standards in dress and grooming
- Respecting company property and equipment
- Following all safety, health, and operational guidelines
- Demonstrating respect, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction
- 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
