Unarmed Security Officer

Provide security services at the Grand Prairie location: patrol premises, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings and access points, and respond to incidents to deter hazards. Assist in enforcing security regulations, document observations and incidents with detailed reports, communicate with management/dispatch via radio and phone, and take appropriate action in emergencies. Obtain first aid, CPR, and AED certification as scheduled; meet licensing criteria (TXRC and TCPS); maintain confidentiality and integrity; interact with customers and employees in a courteous, informative manner; and perform duties with professionalism under stress. Training includes emergency preparedness, safety meetings, and the ability to operate security equipment and reports.
