Job Summary
Deliver high-end customer service in demanding environments across medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. May be asked to work with a firearm. Roles include deterring and preventing crime, performing ingress/egress control, responding to emergencies, investigating incidents, completing daily logs and incident reports, conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols, building professional rapport with clients and coworkers, de-escalating conflicts, detaining suspects, and monitoring CCTV; requires maintaining a neat, professional appearance and adherence to security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid driver's license (DL)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient time management
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent de-escalation skills
- Extensive use of force knowledge
- Ability to pass background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
