Unarmed Security Officer - 2nd Shift

Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, checking guests in and out efficiently while accommodating special requests. Resolve or redirect resident and client complaints, assisting with inquiries regarding site services, hours of operations, directions, and SOPS. Monitor CCTV, fire alarm panels, and access controls, reporting maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel. Multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a professional image and friendly demeanor. This role supports Prosegur's 'Hybrid Security' solutions across the Danbury/Ridgefield, CT area.
