Job Summary
Safeguard the welfare and security of students, staff, and visitors within a residential/office building by vigilantly patrolling and monitoring grounds, enforcing access controls, and responding to emergencies. Assess potential risks, utilize surveillance systems, and maintain a safe atmosphere through adherence to SOPs and protocols. Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in ongoing training to uphold safety measures and foster a secure environment. Daily shifts run from 10 pm to 3 am, with a requirement for a valid Class D license, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and successful completion of basic training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous security-related work experience
- Working knowledge of basic security techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid Class D License
- Must be able to pass a criminal/background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed
- A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages
- Possess a valid and current driver's license
- Strong command of the English language
- High Self-Confidence balanced with a reasonable amount of humility
- Strong leadership skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Very proactive
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed
- Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
- Others (languages) besides English
