Job Summary
Conduct surveillance of the Cobblestone Farms Pool site and ensure post orders are followed as written. Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies while collaborating with law enforcement to coordinate efforts and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain a command presence in uniform and PPE, remain knowledgeable of security directives, and provide guidance as necessary. This role requires an Arizona Security Guard License, English proficiency, and the ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours outdoors in extreme temperatures. Schedule runs Thursday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to perform all functions of the job with, or without, reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in English written or oral form as well as speak and comprehend English without translation
- Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Security Guard License - AZDPS Security Guard Form Triage
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk up to 10-hours
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Reliably commute to client sites located within 30-minutes of your home address
- Must be able to work Thursday – Sunday from 2:00P to 9:00P
