Job Summary
Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings to secure premises and personnel. Permit entry, sound alarms for assistance, and report irregularities to management or authorities. Restraining trespassers, identifying risks, and notifying 911/Police when necessary. Complete daily logs recording observations, information, and surveillance activities. Maintain a written log of all daily activities per shift. This role requires a valid California Guard Card, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid Permanent California Guard Card
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Positive and confident professional image
- Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
- Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Must be drug free
Desired Qualifications
- Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral
- Should be responsible, flexible and dependable
