Job Summary
Patrol exterior and community areas, monitor surveillance cameras for disruptions, and control access to entrances and exits. Provide detailed daily activity reports, use two-way radios for clear communication, and perform CPR or first aid when needed. Ensure credentials remain valid per contract requirements and apply all rules and regulations. This role requires a current Maryland Unarmed Security Guard Card, two years of verifiable experience, and a customer service-driven mindset. Full and part-time positions are available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be able to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures per contract
- Must have a current and valid Maryland Unarmed Security Guard Card/permit
- Must have customer service driven mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers/clients
- High School Diploma/GED
- Certification Requirements (All) MD Security Guard Certification Unarmed
- CPR/First Aid
- Two (2) years of verifiable experience as an Unarmed security officer
