Job Summary
Conduct surveillance of assigned sites and ensure post orders are followed. Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies while collaborating with law enforcement to coordinate efforts. Maintain a command presence in uniform and PPE, making immediate emergency notifications when necessary. Remain knowledgeable of security directives and provide guidance as assigned. This role requires a High School Diploma, Arizona Security Guard License, and ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts in Day, Swing, and Night are available for candidates residing within 30 minutes of client sites in the Phoenix area.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to perform all functions of the job with, or without, reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to carry out instructions furnished in English written or oral form as well as speak and comprehend English without translation
- Must be neat, well-groomed and present a professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Security Guard License - AZDPS Security Guard Form Triage
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk up to 10-hours
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Reliably commute to client sites located within 30-minutes of your home address
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
