Job Summary
Conduct high-visibility patrols and monitor CCTV cameras to deter criminal activity and identify suspicious behavior at the gate. Verify credentials for all individuals and vehicles attempting entry or exit, checking identification, badges, and visitor passes against access control protocols. Log detailed entries for every vehicle, capturing company name, driver name, truck ID, and cargo information. Immediately report security breaches, safety hazards, or emergencies to management and document incidents thoroughly. Work the 3rd shift from Monday to Friday, maintaining excellent customer service and operating in inclement weather. A valid security license and guard card are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid, non-expired guard card/security license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous HOA experience in security is strongly preferred
