Job Summary
Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment while monitoring and controlling access to client properties throughout Westchester County. Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity, alarms, and critical incidents with sound judgment. Enforce site policies and procedures while assisting employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy. Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports for each shift. This active, highly visible role requires standing and working outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods. Candidates with experience in corporate, commercial, or residential security environments are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security Guard License
- Ability to work assignments throughout Westchester County
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
