Unarmed Public Safety Officer - Atrium Health Behavioral Health Davidson FT Nights

Provides security services at Atrium Health Behavioral Health Davidson with a customer-service approach, patrolling interior and exterior areas to identify vulnerabilities and enforce safety rules; handles traffic control and crowd management, assists patients and visitors with information and physical help, and conducts thorough searches as needed; responds to emergencies and incidents, uses de-escalation techniques and, if necessary, conducted energy weapon (CEW) usage and restraints; documents incidents through reports and coordinates with law enforcement and first responders; maintains equipment and complies with policies, procedures, and training; requires rotating 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a) and a sign-on bonus eligibility.
