Job Summary
Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns while monitoring access points, verifying IDs, and checking surveillance systems for threats. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol, maintaining accurate logs of all activities and performing routine security tasks. Assist visitors and employees professionally while enforcing site-specific Post Orders and ensuring compliance with client policies. This Full-Time 2nd Shift role (Monday-Friday, Noon-8pm) reports to the Site Supervisor and requires a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and completion of state training. Additional duties may be assigned based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to complete State Training as required by the state licensing authority
- Valid driver's license and a Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Weekend availability
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations
- Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for reporting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience
- Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience
- 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience
- CPR/First Aid/AED
