Job Summary
Security Guard responsible for providing security services at assigned client site(s) during scheduled part-time shifts. Tasks include patrolling the site, monitoring surveillance equipment, documenting incidents, and promptly reporting to the appropriate personnel. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an active PERC. Strong communication, de-escalation, and situational awareness skills are essential, as well as the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods. Schedule and site assignments may change based on client needs, staffing, or contractual adjustments, with potential for on-call or emergency coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active PERC required
- Previous unarmed security or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- De-escalation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
- Capacity to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
