Job Summary
Monitor the shopping plaza premises to ensure the safety of customers and staff. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances within the plaza. Assist customers and tenants with inquiries while enforcing plaza policies and procedures consistently. Document and report any observed violations or incidents in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and communicate with Property Management as required. This Full-Time role requires an Active Guard Card, BSIS certification, and a driver's license, with shifts including Saturdays through Sundays and evenings. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Guard Card
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness to patrol the premises and intervene in emergencies if needed
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Guard Card
