Job Summary
Control vehicle and pedestrian access through designated entry points and conduct routine security patrols throughout the property. Monitor and protect company assets while responding professionally to incidents and emergencies. Complete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and shift documentation. Communicate effectively with management, employees, contractors, visitors, and emergency responders. Maintain a professional appearance and exceptional customer service at all times. Work collaboratively with fellow security professionals in a supportive team environment focused on safety. Candidates must hold an active Nevada Security Guard License and possess prior security or mining experience.
Required Qualifications
- An active Nevada Security Guard License
- Prior security experience and/or mining experience
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable, working vehicle
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong attendance and time-management skills
- The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
- Successful completion of background screening
